Hays Recruitment have a number of fantastic opportunities to join a highly reputable national brand within the sports betting industry. This company pride themselves on. They are actively seeking Customer Account Advisors for permanent, full-time opportunities to start in September.


Your new role
As a Customer Account Advisor, your responsibilities will include;

  • Handling a high level of inbound calls and processing bets for a range of sporting events
  • Follow all company policies and procedures in relation to customer issue resolution
  • Achieve customer support targets in relation to contact quality, handle times and customer feedback targets
  • Verify customer details to ensure account security and fraud prevention




What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a customer service environment, ideally within sports betting or a contact centre. A keen interest in sport will also be highly regarded but is not essential as full comprehensive training will be provided. Successful candidates should possess the following attributes;

  • Good PC skills - competent in using Microsoft Office to view email, spreadsheets etc.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Excellent telephone manner & written communication skills
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Must be available to commence beginning of September
  • Full working rights & a commitment to being in Darwin long term

Working Hours and Conditions;

  • Candidates will be required to be available to work a varying roster which will include early mornings, late evenings and weekends. The rota is compiled on a rotation basis so hours of work are known in advance but successful candidates will need to be flexible and have full availability for all days and shifts.
