  • technology enabled transformations and procurement
  • business process management and improvement
  • project management and analytics and optimisation
What you will be doing:
  • Working with project teams and stakeholders to define and scope problems, building structured approaches and developing solutions
  • Developing and managing project plans and structured business analysis including business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications and process analysis
  • Building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required skills:
  • You will have extensive experience consulting in the Higher Education Sector with well-developed knowledge of the end-to-end student and academic life cycle and any related business processes (previous experience in an academic institution preferable)
  • You have the knowledge and ability to build user stories across a student journey, clearly defining and mapping business process requirements
  • You have an awareness of student management systems including emerging technologies
  • You have experience working in an Agile project (scrum master certification preferable)
  • Demonstrated history of work in business transformation and technology consulting
  • Ability to assess client context and requirements and independently form and justify recommendations in front of senior client employees

In return, you will work in an organisation with a great trust-based culture, and accelerate your career, by working on interesting and challenging projects with the backing of a supportive management team. We're a flexible and diverse workplace that offer great salary ($110,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation) and benefits and are committed to continuous learning.
