We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be degree qualified and focused on providing proactive support to our operations and project teams. This role will be based in our South Guildford Office.

As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with line managers on providing advice on ER matters;
  • Ensure all documentation is legally compliant and best practice;
  • Support line managers with performance management processes;
  • Support line managers with grievance management processes;
  • Interpret Award entitlements terms and conditions;
  • Develop, review and implement policies and procedures;
  • Coaching of line managers;
  • Develop, review and implement policies and procedures;
  • Support the recruitment process; manage applications and talent pools;
  • Site travel as required;
  • Liaising with payroll as required.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role;
  • Great at managing competing priorities;
  • Strong administrator with Intermediate MS office skills;
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Demonstrated experience within the construction, mining or a related industry.
