AccordWest is a vibrant, not-for-profit, community-based Organisation.  We are offering a unique and fulfilling employment opportunity for a suitability qualified, innovative and motivated person for the full-time position of Housing Support Workers based in Bunbury.

 

The Housing Support Worker is a key member of AccordWest’s Accommodation team, developing and implementing strategies that assist targeted individuals, couples and families to transition from a range of accommodation support services to secure long term accommodation in the Private, Public and Community Housing rental markets.   

 

In order to successfully deliver high-level case management work, you will utilise the Organisation’s case management framework to address identified issues and assist clients to implement strategies to secure long term accommodation, and reduce the likelihood of future homelessness. You will also provide information and referrals to other relevant services, and one-to-one in home practical assistance and /or skill building activities for clients with high and complex needs.
