ICT Incident Manager / IT Support Officer - Federal Government

One of Australia’s most innovative Federal Government Department’s is looking to engage an enthusiastic and experienced ICT Incident Manager to be the owner of the ICT Incident Management Process and be responsible for ensuring compliance with the departments ICT Incident Management policy and processes The successful ICT incident Manager will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to further 24 months at a rewarding daily rate. 

The Successful ICT Incident Manager should have the following experience;

  • 5 years, in establishing and managing the delivery of ICT support eg infrastructure, desktop, operational systems, etc
  • Knowledge of contemporary incident management and governance frameworks and methodologies
  • Coordinating interfaces between Incident Management and other Service Management processes
  • Ensuring that incidents are investigated and resolved in a timely manner that aligns with assigned priorities and meets defined SLAs
  • Experience with regularly reporting ICT Incidents including trend analysis.
