The Role

The roles are always changing depending on the organisation and it's needs. However, your success will be dependent on proven experience in reception and/or administration in combination with your adaptability.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Answering phones/operating switchboard
• Administration support
• Liaising across all levels of the business
• Assist with managing expenses
• Answering calls and queries
• Maintaining and updating systems
• Customer service support

Your Profile

You will be a motivated, professional individual, with a passion to learn and help your team. You will be a quick learner, good communicator and very proactive with good initiative. You must be comfortable liaising with senior management and immediately available.
