    The role;

    The student administration section of the business is an information hub dedicated to relaying information between internal and external parties.

    The responsibilities include;

    • Mail outs
    • Typing of educational documents, exams, forms etc.
    • Absenteeism admin for students
    • Updating student records
    • Answering the phone
    • Assisting events and marketing departments
    • Assisting students and the public in providing information regarding the facilities

    To be successful for this position you will need to;

    • Have a background in administration
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • An eye for detail 
    • Ability to liaise with personnel on all levels
    • Must have experience in Excel (V-Look Ups & H-Look Ups) and Sharepoint
