As a Customer Support Coordinator you will lead candidate engagement through proactive communications on phone and email, advertising on various platforms and utilising our commercial database with a high level of accuracy. You will have structured support in learning the role.

At the heart of this role is the ability to build rapport & ongoing relationships through strong communications, organised workflows, top line administration skills and fluent software user capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of phone calls
  • Utilise various platforms to identify and communicate with potential candidates
  • Verbally engage with candidates, conduct interviews and accurately record candidate information
  • Audit and check candidate compliance records (ID, Qualifications, Safety Checks

Essential Skills

  • Degree qualified applicants are highly regarded
  • Administration or tele-service experience highly regarded
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in Human Resources or Business Development processes
  • Versatility to problem-solve for new challenges and unexpected outcomes
  • Passion for customer care
