Refelec has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Emerald Office. 

This position provides reception and administration support for the day to day operations of the company in the following areas:-

  • Receive and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Liaise with customers and other external stakeholders
  • General administration duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving etc
  • Entering customer information and logging jobs
  • Maintaining schedule as directed
  • Data entry for the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly registers
  • Collation of timesheets, checklists and internal forms
  • Provide administrative support to Office Manager and other members of Management Team
  • Provide assistance with Quality Assistance procedures and internal audits


The successful candidate must:-

  • Possess a Current Qld Drivers Licence
  • Be Available for an immediate start
  • Be available to work a Monday to Friday position
  • Have a demonstrated ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Display a common sense approach with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet pre-determined deadlines
  • Be a team player with a “can do” attitude willing to work towards company goals whilst having the ability to work independently when required
  • Have previous knowledge of and experience with Simpro (desired) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
