  • Provide quality frontline customer service
  • Deliver a cohesive student support service at the learning location.
  • Perform accurate and timely processing of all student and administration functions and financial requirements.
  • Undertake accurate and timely entry of all data relating to student administration, course information and customer enquiries
  • Undertake general office support including word processing, photocopying, filing, document distribution, room and VC bookings, fleet allocation and operation of office based equipment to enable the delivery of a customer centric service.
  • Coordinate exams, order and secure exam papers and room allocations

This is a busy role, with competing demands.  It will be expected your skills and experience match the job requirements.  

Please note a Working With Children Check will be required for the successful candidate at a cost of $80ph.
