Administration Assistant

Our client works closely with large global organisations and individuals to lodge large class action claims.  This role is integral to the business and the success of their clients claims.

You will have regular email and phone contact with their clients and help gain important information to help with their claims.

Some aspects of this role include:
  • Answering calls and also making calls to clients to gather information
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with Investigators and Lawyers to get instructions and provide information as required
  • Importing information into database
  • Cross checking of information to ensure accuracy
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Proof reading information packs for launch of cases
  • General administration to assist the team
Who are you?
You will have proven administration experience in a corporate environment.  A high level of attention to detail is a must and accuracy with data entry.  You will have had experience with entering information into databases along with good customer service skills
