Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly dedicated and customer focused sales professional to join our busy Outbound Sales team. 

Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers, ensuring all targets and budgets are achieved whilst providing exceptional service to our customers.

 

Responsibilities 

  • To achieve and/or exceed set sales budgets and actively participate in the representative’s incentive program.
  • To maintain and grow existing customer relationships and grow the existing market leading positions for McPherson’s brands, whilst acting as a trusted advisor for McPherson’s varied products and services.
  • Ensure call cycle calls are made within agreed SLA’s and call quality standards and sales targets are met with a positive attitude.
  • A professional telephone manner is expected at all times and within set KPI’s.
  • Ensure customers are provided correct information relating to their order status, pricing, deals/promotions and product availability.
  • Customer complaints are to be resolved immediately or forwarded to appropriate person to resolve.
  • Provide written reports/field intelligence electronic or otherwise, in a timely manner as requested by the Customer Care Team Leader (Purveyance, 12 week call planners)


Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will come from a strong background in internal account management or outbound phone sales with prior experience selling B2B.
  • School certificate essential.
  • Certificate III Call Centre Communications is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years in a full function internal account management or outbound sales call centre role is essential.
  • Experience in consumer products industry is desirable.
