Receptionist and Administration Assistant

Bring your talent for managing admin & communication as your drive this busy role as their Front of House Receptionist and Administration Assistant. Based in newly designed offices you will be part of a highly professional team that make an important contribution towards meeting program objectives.

This is a full time contract role for someone who is able to demonstrate a high attention to detail, is an open and engaging communicator and who values quality customer service.

Typically, your duties will include, but not be limited to

  • Booking and coordination of official travel & accommodation
  • Set dates, prepare agendas and take minutes for staff and executive level meetings
  • Drafting, scheduling and posting content to social media channels
  • Assisting with monthly reporting, undertaking data entry and ad-hoc administration
  • Visitor pass registers, along site mail services
  • Catering, meeting rooms and attendance for meetings and site events
  • Site office supplies
  • Security and maintenance issues

With a strong skill set, you will also provide administrative assistance to the Operations team for events and projects. You will be a born organiser who is adept at keeping track of front desk efficiencies that help create a great first impression whilst projecting calm and profession disposition at all times.

To be successful you will need:

  • Australian citizenship
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel & PPoint)
  • excellent presentation
  • Flair for multi-tasking
  • Great communicator able to converse across all levels
  • high attention for detail
