Inbound Customer Service Representative

What we are looking for?

 

  • Exceptional people skills who thrive in a professional and customer centric environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer services environment
  • The ability to deliver customer focused solutions, in a timely manner
  • Flexibility to be rostered to work any time of the day or night, Monday to Sunday.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills

 

What does the role involve?

 

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s banking enquiries
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues
  • Providing product, pricing, and additional information to customers, when required
  • Work towards KPIs, including customer rating and Adherence To Schedule.
