We are a growing family run Security and Logistics company looking for an assistant to help with the operations of our busy depot in Clayton.
The applicant will need to complete daily spreadsheets and reports, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Cash handling is involved, as well as liaising with our team of 12 couriers on a daily basis.
The role suits someone with experience in office work as well as dealing with a variety of people from different backgrounds.
There is an opportunity to increase hours as our business grows. Currently 3+ days per week are required.
The applicant will need to have a National Police Check and having a Security licence/Cert 2 minimum would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest, hardworking and willing to help out Management with whatever task is required on the day therefore a hands on approach to all facets of security/admin work is essential.

The successful applicant will need to be good at time management and think quickly to resolve any issues which may arise as you may be the first point of contact for our guards.

The applicant will need to work up to 50% of their time unsupervised, so maturity and responsibility are essential.
