A global leader in the Manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced, motivated, and outgoing Customer Service Administrator to join their vibrant team in the Norwest area on a temporary basis. This instantly recognised manufacturer has developed a strong, positive reputation with their diverse range of customers.
 
The Position
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email
  • Manage faulty product claims
  • Lodge claims via ORACLE
  • Log customer details in CRM systems
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to refund or replace orders
  • Action and resolve customer complaints
 
The Candidate
  • Proven experience in the above duties is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience using ORACLE is highly advantageous
  • Vibrant, outgoing personality
  • Must be immediately available
