Administration assistant required for busy small business to support sales & production team. Casual, 2 days per week (Wed & Fri) Must have at least 5 years experience working in an administrative role. Friendly team, suits school hours, Gladesville area.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication & time management skills, written & verbal
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Self motivated, highly organised & efficient
- Prior experience in small business an advantage
Specific Skills required:
- Excellent computer skills, Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills incl. Word, Excel, Outlook
- MYOB experience for reporting, order & invoice generation, end of month etc
- Intermediate bookkeeping skills
- ZOHO CRM system experience (or similar)
