Regional Sales Manager- QLD

  • Competitive Base Salary + Super + Vehicle 
  • Autonomous role with full back office support
  • State-wide role for QLD

What will you do?

Reporting to the Regional Manager for QLD, the Regional Sales Managers have a talent for and will to succeed in qualifying, identifying, and winning new business opportunities as well as the ability to lead and mentor Business Development Managers. In doing this, daily tasks may include but are not limited to;

  • Identify strategic and key business opportunities within the market
  • Build brand awareness and promote the WorkPac brand in the marketplace
  • Proposing solutions, presenting on WorkPac's service, and successfully winning business
  • Building relationships and leveraging these relationships to secure further opportunities
  • Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry
  • Prioritise Tenders and Submission activity
  • Assist with contract reviews and proposals
  • Assist in supporting and training existing and new BDM's

What do you need?

The Regional Sales Manager delivers sales growth outcomes across their Region for all divisions of the WorkPac Group. The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous Business Development experience within commercial supply chain relationships
  • Leadership qualifications or demonstrated history of leadership ion action
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships  
  • Successful career in the labourhire/ recruitment industry
