Case Management Officer

  • 6-month fixed term contract
  • Parramatta location | ASAP start

About the Role

This position is responsible for the processing of workers compensation and injury management cases to provide efficient and effective services across the business. You will need experience in the calculation and payment processing of employee entitlements through SAP.

Duties

  • Processing workers compensation entitlements in a timely and effective manner;
  • Undertake the review and the reconciliation of workers compensation leave in payroll in conjunction with relevant award provisions for complex claims;
  • Participation in regular claim reviews/conferences with applicable staff to ensure efficient claims management;
  • Preparing and processing of workers compensation and injury management information and all other related correspondence; and
  • Ensuring that all claims are managed in the database in line with relevant policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Industry experience in workers compensation processing;
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Experience with payroll or workers compensation;
  • Experience with SAP Payroll, particularly with managing leave;
  • You will have knowledge of workers compensation; and
  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
