Part Time Events Admin Support

The purpose of the role is to support the team through the administration of donations and sponsorship funds, maintaining accurate records, research and the provision of general support to the team. The role is working part time position working 3 days per week (days are flexible).

About the role

  • Prepare and maintain accurate finance records including the tracking of income, the raising of invoices, the timely processing and issuing of receipts
  • Maintain database records and provide accurate and timely information and reports.
  • Co-ordinate the distribution of electronic and hard copy fundraising mailings and general communication to stakeholders
  • Handle general enquiries and provide general administrative support.

Essential requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in finance and business administration support.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Advanced computer skills, and experience with Finance, Record Management and Database software systems.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
