NeuroRehab Allied Health Network

We are an established private paediatric and adult neurological rehabilitation practice, servicing Melbourne and surrounds. We operate from three large rehabilitation clinics in Deer Park, Thomastown and a brand new Werribee location. Our clinic bases complement our extensive community based service. Currently employing a large team of Neurological Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Neuropsychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Music Therapist, Remedial Massage Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, we seek an additional Occupational Therapist with an interest in Neurology/Disability to join our expanding OT department.

Specialising in neurological rehabilitation, we work with clients with traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, MS, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability and a range of neurological impairments.  We aim to be the service of choice for participants eligible for services under the NDIS and are registered under a wide range of support categories in capital supports, capacity building and core supports.  General home visit assessments are also part of the role. We accept referrals in all age categories from Paediatrics to Elderly.

Do you have a special interest in Paediatrics?  We are looking for OT's with both Adult and Paediatric caseloads.

If you are an OT with a strong paediatric knowledge and you are keen to start supporting others then we would especially love to hear from you!!

We are now looking for additional OT's for both of our Western (Deer Park / Werribee based) and our Northern (Thomastown based) teams.  We always do our best to allocate a catchment area / base clinic geared to the area where you live!

Occupational Therapist

As a NeuroRehab Allied Health Network OT, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services, playing a role in the development of the service and developing programs for our Allied Health Assistant staff to carry out.

Working hours are negotiated directly with clients, allowing excellent flexibility. We are seeking applications for a full time role however part-time applications for 3-5 days will also be considered for the right applicant.

Remuneration is a combination of salary and bonus commission and is dependent on experience ($60-$90k base + bonus commission program). A company vehicle for full time employees which is available for personal as well as business use is provided.

Our Expand Horizons core value is not just for the clients we work with - We love to develop our team members' skills and knowledge so as a result, we offer an open ended professional development allowance - if a course will develop you and benefit our clientele group then we either fund it for you or even run the course for our team specifically!  In addition, we have a well structured supervision program with our highly experienced senior OT staff as well as peer support therapists to help get you started off.

We realise that life is not just about work, work, work, so we have developed an active social committee and hold regular social events funded by the business - if you're looking for a workplace to develop professionally and also make lasting friendships then come and join our team.
