Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is currently seeking a medical secretary/receptionist to join our private practice.
Successful applicants will be an integral part of our busy practice/team and accountable for a wide range of patient related tasks.
*Management of practice phones, patient consultations and all other practice appointments. Hospital theatre bookings, typing, digital management of patient files and accounts.
*Excellent communication skills
* Strong computer literacy skills
*Initiative and ability to work as a part of a team or independently.
The ideal candidate will require:
*High level of professionalism
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Good organisational and prioritising skills,
*Neat presentation with a warm and courteous nature.
The successful candidate is required 5 days - 38 per week
Renumeration dependent on experience.
