This rare opportunity to join their planning team will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to oversee and work on small, medium and large master planning works within their organisation.

Your new role
As an experienced Planner, your position within the organisation will have you evaluating, analysing and administering planning policies and providing a high level of planning expertise on a range of design, applications and land use projects. Your role will largely be dealing with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, within the private and government sector. In addition to managing the planning and environmental approvals and submissions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be technically strong in master planning, report writing and stakeholder management and professionally presented at all times, aswell as the following:

  • Qualification in Town Planning and/ any Design related tertiary qualification with substantial industry experience is ideal
  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills are essential
  • Solid understanding of both NSW and/or ACT planning schemes and legislations with a proven track record of delivering results and building successful relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team to meet deadlines is essential.
  • Strong understanding of both statutory and strategic principals.
