Casual Client Advisor

Bulgari Australia have an opportunity for a talented casual client advisor to join our Brisbane store.  Renowned for its distinctly Mediterranean heritage, BVLGARI is an iconic luxury brand, and part of the world's leading luxury goods group, LVMH (Moet Hennessy–Louis Vuitton).

At BVLGARI the Client Advisor is responsible to work as part of the sales team to create, stimulate and maximize sales opportunities, through  exceptional sales activities in order to achieve store sales targets. The Client Advisor is responsible for;

  • Exceptional customer service by greeting customers when entering the store
  • Ensuring the unique shopping experience for all customers
  • Contribute to the store and service KPIs achievement
  • Enrich CRM database. Perform CRM 1 to 1 activities as per Store Manager
  • Ensure that all areas of the shop are clean and products are displayed as per the VM guidelines
  •  Perform all After Sales service

To be successful in the role applicants will need to have;

  • Extensive sales experience, with excellent retail Customer Focus, Proactive Selling and Entrepreneurial Approach
  • Driving client loyalty through exceptional Customer Orientation
  • Outstanding communication skills
