Gold Coast Learning Centre is in its 10th year of operation in providing quality courses in ELICOS and VET. We are seeking an engaging Student Services and Administration Officer to join our team.
We have a vacancy for a part-time position, comprising the days Monday - Thursday from 8.30am - 3.30pm daily and additional hours when required The working hours are a minimum of 6 per day, so a total of at least 24 hours 1 hour break per working day.
Key aspects of this role include providing information and assistance to all GCLC students, undertaking a range of administration tasks and duties, and providing a high level of customer service.
Key duties include but not limited to:
Enrolments from start to end
Student Management through the database and in coordination with the team
Orientation and Graduation duties
Understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity
Efficient, friendly, welcoming running of the front desk
Delivering excellent customer service
Maintain a clean, organised reception desk
Address email and walk-in enquries
Ensure only authorised staff / students enter staff and classrooms
Coordinate events with teachers
Liaise effectively with teachers and all members of the team
Ensure all brochures business cards, enrolment forms, all other forms, promotional materials is replenished daily and available at all times
Handle basic sales and marketing enquiries
Assist team to issue Letter of Offers, and enrolment documents
Personal presentation is always of the highest standard (presentable grooming, clothing, language etc)
Work effectively as part of a team
Must have excellent oral and written skills and be able to manage data entry efficiently and accurately
Must be fluent in Word, excel PowerPoint, Outlook
