About the role 

Freedom Foods Group has developed a Greenfield Nutritional Site which includes several world first manufacturing technologies. 

The role will provide a broad range of skills and experiences to the team members and it will have direct contact with industry experts, equipment suppliers and a highly experienced leadership team.

You will be required to:

  • Operate start of the art manufacturing equipment which includes world first technologies;
  • Ensure that all internal and customers’ expectations are meet or exceeded within the manufacturing process; and
  • Work within an autonomous team environment that demands all team members to deliver outstanding results.

What you will bring to the role

  • Top Talent with manufacturing experience in dairy or food/beverage;
  • Top Talent within a mechanical/electrical trade that wants to work within a manufacturing environment;
  • Ability to learn and develop skills quickly within the state of the art manufacturing environment;
  • An inquisitive mind that wants to continue learning from the process and technical experts involved within the business;
  • Passionate about your work, always looking to work smarter, ensure you get the job done and have a team first approach;
  • Desire to be part of an autonomous manufacturing environment; and
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 production environment working up to and including 12hr shifts.
