Customer Service and Order Processing Consultant

  • Manage inbound calls from clients
  • Experience using SAP is desirable l $50k + super
Due to continued growth this global, market leading manufacturing organisation requires an additional consultant to join their well established customer service and order processing team. The team is responsible for providing support to clients in the APAC region.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound calls from clients (All B2B) in relation to current or new orders
  • Processing all orders into SAP
  • Advise clients on available stock levels, and estimated delivery time
  • Problem solve any issues in relation to deliveries, pricing or products
  • Manage open orders in SAP, and potentially follow up with clients via email
  • Record notes in customer files to establish a history of order details
  • Transfer calls internally to the relevant departments
  • Following up with the logistics team to monitor the status of client orders
  • Build rapport and build relationships with current and regular clients
Skills/experience required:
  • Experience using SAP is highly desirable
  • Preferred experience in contact centre or at least passion for customer care
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Understanding the impact of a highly satisfied customer
  • Naturally great at dealing with people, being cool and calm under pressure, following through on tasks and look for opportunities to step up to new challenges
  • Have superior organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work autonomously, and own and complete projects and tasks
  • Problem solver and able to use initiative
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
