Client Service Officer

We are looking for an exceptional new Client Service Officer to join our team.  If this is you, you might be just the person we’re seeking.

 

  • You love being organized and planned.  Your ‘to do’ list is your life.  You reliably commit to timelines and you’re comfortable hustling others to get the job done.
  • You crave efficiency and everyone thinks you’re a bit of a perfectionist.  You are intelligent, detailed, and let’s be honest, when it comes to filling out forms, you secretly love it.
  • You value excellent service and pride yourself on your ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. 
  • You type like a speedster but you know at the end of the day, accuracy is everything. 
  • You are positive, confident and ultimately, you are proud of what you bring to your position and to your team.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in a financial planning assistant role and you’re keen to expand your experience, refine your skills, and join a team that gives you great opportunities for an exciting future.
