The Role:

Currently seeking an Office Administrator due to an internal promotion, this is an opportunity to slot into a Monday - Friday position with the support of a 'hands on' Director. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering & diverting calls
  • Meeting & Greeting clients
  • Mail, banking, filing 
  • Receipting rent & administration accounts 
  • General support for the Property Management team
  • Typing up Leases & window displays 
  • Database management and updates on the intranet
  • Managing office stock & dealing with suppliers 
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in Real Estate Reception/Administration is essential to be considered for this role
  • Be well presented and well groomed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong work ethic
