Temporary Administrator/Receptionist required for an immediate start.

The role

Based in Newcastle, key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage all incoming calls, directing them accordingly
  • Greet all visitors to the office and ensure they are looked after accordingly
  • Ensure the Reception area is maintained to a high standard
  • Manage any mail responsibilities
  • Data entry, filing and archiving
  • Ordering stationary
  • Assist with other Administration duties as requested by other team members
  • Maintain a professional presentation standard at all times
About you

It is essential that you have a minimum of 12 months Administration or Reception experience within an office environment. A polished presentation and articulate communication skills will see you succeed in this role. Solid all round administration skills are also essential. 

Please note this is a full time temporary role so you must be able to work from Monday through to Friday.
