Admin Allrounder - Industrial

Workforce is currently seeking an organised and efficient administration allrounder for a temp position at our client in Bunbury. This will be a 12 month contract with a view to permanency. Our client is a services provider that prides itself on quality customer service and being part of the local community. We are looking for a switched on administrator with excellent communication skills that can handle a busy office environment and a variety of duties.  Must have recent industrial admin experience and be displayed on resume with relevant references.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Co-ordinating and scheduling works to service technicians
  • Raising purchase orders, quotes, work orders and job costing
  • Managing stock levels - goods inwards and out, stock reports, stock ordering
  • Invoicing and managing accounts receivable/payable
  • Updating client portals and management systems
  • Liaising with supervisors, service technicians and other admin staff
  • Use of Pronto and/or CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to follow instructions, policies and procedures
