Tattersall’s Club Chief Executive Officer
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to lead one of Australia’s greatest private Clubs. Established in 1865, the Tattersall's Club is the largest private members club in Queensland with 5000 members and over 100 staff.
The Club has evolved over its history and its iconic heritage listed building, now spanning six levels, is located in a premium precinct on the Brisbane Queen Street Mall. Tattersall’s Club members enjoy two dining rooms, multiple bars, a business centre and meeting rooms, a library, function rooms, accommodation suites and a Health Centre with 25m heated swimming pool. The CEO will also oversee a portfolio of retail property located within the Club precinct.
Tattersall’s Club members represent all ages and stages of life. The Chief Executive Officer will lead a member-centric approach that proactively identifies member’s needs and dedicates the Club’s resources to meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Tattersall’s Club is currently embarking on a program of member driven improvement to deliver an improved value proposition.
The Chief Executive Officer will work with the Club Committee in the stewardship of an $80 million portfolio of assets and will be responsible for the day to day management and administration of the Club’s operations. This includes acting in the role of Secretary for the Tattersall’s Racing Club.

The preferred candidate will have high emotional intelligence and strong personal attributes that allow them to mix comfortably with people from all walks of life. The Club requires a leader with a warm and personally engaging style that passionately supports the member focussed environment.
