Personal Assistant to Successful Director - Inner City

Our client is a lifestyle group that brings homes to life across the City of Sydney. Over the past decade, they have emerged to become one of the Sydney's leading lifestyle groups. 

Role Purpose: 

Your key responsibilities are but not limited to:
  
  • Be the right hand person to a busy director 
  • Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
  • Attending meetings with photographers, stylists and buyers
  • Auction and open home preparation 
  • Elements of personal management 
  • 60% in the office with the rest of the time; meeting trades, photo shoots and pre-settlement inspections 
  • Management of the Agents diary including scheduling and confirming all appointments
  • Preparing properties to go to market including organising quotes and styling
  • Assisting sales agents during the listing process
  • Facilitating communication with solicitors during the sales process 
  • Liaising with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns, listings and communications are managed in a timely manner
  • Setting up listing, appraisal and marketing appointments
  • Correspondence with vendors and buyer
  • E-filing documentation for all properties listed For Sale, images, floor plans
  • Preparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
  • Ongoing administration to support client service management
  • Compiling reports such as; Vendor report, Senior Agent reporting etc.
You must have a current certificate of registration, required to attend appointments when needed and you must have your own motor vehicle & driver’s license
