Customer Service Officer

What is the role?

Answer inbound customer enquiries on behalf of an Australian Government Department.

What you have-

  • An engaging phone manner
  • Strong verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to use computers
  • Availability to commit to 2 weeks of full time training at the start of your employment
  • Availability to work up to 38 hours a week
  • Availability to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

What you will receive-

  • 2 weeks of fully paid classroom and computer based training at our new contact centre

Please note- to be eligible for this role, you will need to be an Australian Citizen and prepared to provide suitable documentation for a thorough Security and Citizenship Check
