About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a registered and preferably, experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team and servicing our customers from our Darra Head Office and related clinics.

Graduates are also welcome to apply for this role.

An immediate start is available for the successful candidate. This role reports directly to the Service Centre Manager and is available on a permanent full-time OR part time basis.

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced and Registered Speech Pathologist, you will be required to have:

  • Proficiency in providing assessment, intervention and management of children and young adults with physical disabilities, developmental delays, communication impairments and other associated disabilities
  • Proficiency in the ability to design and implement a service plan for customers that achieves their goals
  • Proficiency in meeting benchmarks for service provision
  • Provide evidence based therapy to achieve customer goals within available resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with Code of Conduct and comply with all Montrose Therapy Policies & Procedures
  • Adhere to all work health & safety policies and compliant within the ethical boundaries of Montrose Therapy.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Mandatory recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current full membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Current Blue Card and CPR Certificate
  • Certificate of completion - NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • A current drivers' licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for service provision.
