Admin/ Scheduler

  • Permanent Position

  • $45,000 plus super
  • Western Sydney Location
An Australian owned Multi Trade Building Services company with over 20 years of experience requires an experienced Scheduler to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking at expanding their career and joining this fast-paced team situated in Minchinbury - Western Sydney.
  
Key Responsibilities include: 
  • First point of contact
  • Meeting and greeting candidates and clients
  • Completing new starter inductions
  • Completing and maintaining compliance for subcontractors
  • Managing fleet vehicles
  • Completing incident reports
  • General office administration support
  • Ordering office/ kitchen supplies
  • General phone and email enquiries
To Be Successful:
  • Previous reception experience
  • Highly developed communication skills with excellent customer service skills
  • Works efficiently in a team environment
  • Intermediate MS Excel/ Word
