PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

The primary goal of this position is to provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with frame selection, fitting and advising and coaching new wearers in basic contact lens techniques. 

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE 

  • Optical experience
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Able to build rapport and adopt good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Flexibility to work retail hours which may include late nights and weekend trading
