A globally recognised company, with a reputation for innovation and outstanding client service, is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist to join their friendly team. This primarily back of house role may also have some front of house duties.

Located at the Company’s Headquarters in the Inner Eastern Suburbs you will be surrounded by a modern and contemporary office space. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your experience to the next level and become part of something special.


  • Answer queries in a timely manner
  • Greet customers in the showroom
  • Provide customers with in depth product knowledge
  • Making bookings/appointments
  • Process payments/invoices
  • Update CRM with new details
  • Plus other ad-hoc duties as required

To be considered for this role, you must be well presented, have 1+ year's experience within an office based Reception position, clear verbal and written communication skills & intermediate MS Office skills.
