Our Growing business is seeking an ambitious and exceptional individual with attention to detail who enjoys a fast paced and team focused environment.
You will join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team and provide support with a number of administration tasks.
As a family owned small business, we work closely together to support each other and look for a “can do” attitude in an individual, always looking to help out.
Our business operates in the automotive parts industry and this role is to predominantly take inquiry calls and pass them onto our delivery team. When busy, we help coordinate delivery drivers, customer inquiries and basic admin skills to keep the office running smoothly.
Based in Campbellfield, you will enjoy working with a small team of positive people who like to work and create a positive and supportive culture..
Reporting to the Operations Manager the key responsibilities of this roles include:
Answer inbound calls & inquiries
Processing purchase & sales invoices
Calling suppliers for pricing & ordering
Organising and preparing outsourced courier p/ups and deliveries
Entering /updating customer & supplier card details
Reconciling accounts payable
Preparing emails/ mail outs for potential & existing clients
Tracking credits and organising for return to suppliers
We offer $25 per hour - $30 per hour based on experience.
