Purpose of the role

The Business Services group provides a broad range of administrative services to the firm including , document production (copy/print/scan), mail, couriers, fax and stationery.

Job description

A fantastic opportunity exists in our Corporate Services team for a full time Office Services Assistant. This role would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in a high volume roles, such as a contact centre, looking for a challenge. 

In this role, you will contribute a high level of service through undertaking a broad range of responsibilities which will include the following:

  • carrying out all printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing (e.g. binding, laminating etc.) of all documents forwarded to the document production centre
  • electronic document modification
  • performing or organising internal trolley deliveries and collections including the transport of documents, briefs and equipment
  • receiving and booking of all outgoing couriers
  • accurately sorting, scanning and delivering of incoming mail

  • an ability and willingness to undertake physically taxing and mobile work
  • a high level of initiative and strong prioritisation skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • strong interpersonal skills and a team player

Bonus points for someone who has:

  • experience within a corporate environment
  • worked in a high volume role, such as a contact centre
  • worked in a mail-room environment
