Are you an experienced Night Manager looking for your next career move?  As our Part-time Night Manager (3 nights a week) you will oversee the night operations of the hotel, in the absence of management. To ensure that maximum guest satisfaction is achieved and that the general safety and security of guests, staff and the property is maintained at all times.
Your expertise will enable you to provide a VIP service to our guests.  Your typical duties will include but won't be limited to:
  • Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings
  • Checking in and out guests as required
  • Preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments
  • Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests details ensuring all details are recorded accurately
  • Collating paperwork for departures and coordinate with the Front Office team
  • Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required
  • Responding to guest enquires and requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Audit and Reception
  • Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property
  • Attending  to guests requests efficiently and effectively in order to ensure total customer satisfaction
To be successful you will require:
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a Front Office environment
  • Previous Night Auditor experience
  • Strong operations PMS knowledge
  • Exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • An ability to work night shifts (including graveyard)
  • An open, unrestricted driver's licence
