Customer Service Officer

We are looking for somebody to join our Townville branch two days per fortnight. The successful applicant will bring to the role a demonstrated track record in customer service. They will need be tech-savvy, resilient and bring a positive outlook to their work.  Plus they will need to have the ability to ask the right questions and offer the correct products. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with clients to achieve the best outcome
  • Strong customer focus
  • General administration
  • Resolving any customer queries and enquiries


To be successful for the roll, you will need to possess the following qualities:

  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to work within defined policies and procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with customers, from all walks of life.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-skill and remain open-minded
  • An administrative/financial background (advantageous)
