Evergreen Life Care is one of the premier Not for Profit Aged Care providers on the beautiful Central Coast. Nestled amongst picturesque scenery and surrounded by beautiful water views. Evergreen Life Care provides 150 self care retirement units and a 106 bed residential Ages Care Facility.
About the role
This role is a fast paced and busy and includes the following duties:
- Coordination and maintenance of a fortnightly roster scheduling of hours for 120+ staff.
- Liaison with staff to cover available shifts
- Monitoring of overtimes and leave hours
- Providing timely and accurate monthly reports
- Assisting with recruitment, on boarding and termination activities
- Administration support to the Facility Manager as required
Skills and experience
- Rostering and/or payroll experience
- An exceptional communicator who can offer trusted support
- Responsible and accountable with the ability to prioritise
- Complex diary management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with a customer focus
- Excellent knowledge or excel, word and outlook
- Experience using iCare or other roster systems and willingness to learn new systems
- Responsible and accountable
- Relatability and empathy for those in aged care living
- Competence and experience in a range of administration tasks
- Provides efficient and accurate support
- Previous experience in Aged Care or Health
