This is an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Call Centre Officer to become part of a widely acclaimed and highly progressive software company! Working within dynamic Customer Support Team, where you will be the first point of contact, providing optimum and efficient customer assistance to all incoming enquiries.

Specifically, you will:-
  • Answer inbound calls, and handle preliminary enquiries; action / re-direct as required
  • Support clients with basic/routine issues relating to their use of the Company's online software
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams promptly, clearly and accurately to ensure the highest standards of service
  • Record detailed information for calls requiring further escalation
Full training will be provided in the specifics of this unique role. However, to be considered for this position you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be incredibly tech-savvy and have an excellent phone manner. A customer-focused, problem-solver with experience in an inbound call centre role is essential (over 3 months). To be successful, you will be comfortable with working to set KPI's (response time, calls taken/closed, etc) as this is a fast-paced environment!
