Our client is currently looking for a switched on Senior Administrator to provide exceptional support to committee and board members.

To be successfull in this role you must have;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative experience within a knowledge rich environment 
  • Demonstrated experience taking and preparing minutes and circulating 
  • High level note taking skills 
  • High level organisational skills and abilty to arrange meetings and coordinate diaries 

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Drafting agendas, arranging meetings, working closley with stakholders and committee members
  • Being the first point of contact for committee memebers
  • Note taking in meetings 
  • Preparing the minutes and circulating them as well as summarising material realted to meetings 
  • Provide general administration to support team effectiveness.

This role will require some flexible hours e.g. starting late and working to 7.30pm from home on evenings when meetings occur.
