Product Designer

The opportunity

Our talented product team work cross functionally within agile teams to design, facilitate and problem solve. 

As part of a new rapid prototyping team you’ll be interpreting and conducting user research, leading usability tests and designing solutions quickly.

  • Transform research and audience insight into meaningful designs 
  • Ensure new product development aligns with organisational and user needs
  • Experiment with design, UI and visual executions 
  • Use insights and analytics data to help guide decisions
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate using lean practices
  • Share UX knowledge across the team and company 

About you

You are energetic and adventurous and focus on the big picture and what is possible.

Your design thinking and problem solving skills have been tested in a startup / prototyping environment before. 

  • Demonstrated experience with lean user research
  • Rapid prototyping skills essential and the ability to select the right tool for the job
  • Enough UI/visual skill to deliver a usable product 
  • Experience in product design process, defining MVP and delivering agile releases
  • Experience in usability testing
  • Experience in understanding product usage metrics
