Caretakers Australia is a  relief management agency covering the accommodation industry Australia-wide.  Our clients represent a wide spectrum of accommodation including 3-star motels, resort style tourist parks and serviced apartments.

We have a great team of relief professionals and we would like more teams to join us.

The Job

We need experienced couples and individuals who are interested in working on a temporary basis, in a variety of locations, on assignments varying  in length and duties. 

Prerequisites

Prerequisites for any of these assignments include:

  • skilled in managing front office including check-in/outs, taking reservations, handling enquiries
  • pleasant customer service focused manner in all areas of contact - face-to-face, phone and social media
  • strong knowledge of a computerised reservation system (ie. RMS, Newbook)  and ability to monitor internet sites
  • cash handling, financial management, reporting ability
  • strong people skills  and the ability to manage staff in a positive manner
  • enthusiasm for grounds and buildings maintenance
  • enjoyment of gardening
  • cleaning
  • preparing and delivering breakfast
  • willingness to get in an help out whenever needed
