Our Client is a leading Developer of Legal software. This position is perfect for someone with experience in a Law Firm (whether Administration/Practice Management, Accounting or Lawyer) with a flair for and an interest in technology. Reporting to the Implementations Manager, you will  be fully trained in all aspects of this position which involves working closely with Data Migration Specialists, Transitions Coaches and the client as they transition to new software versions or from competitor products. You will ensure a smooth and successful implementation and delivery of the software, including training clients.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Building trusted relationships with new and existing clients
  • Proactively liaising with various stakeholders to ensure on-time implementation
  • Understanding the client’s accounting process requirements and assisting the project team in translating requirements into functional specifications
  • Performing remote and onsite installations
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and training delivery processes
  • Identifying training and development needs of clients
  • Developing implementation and training delivery plans
  • Preparing and delivering standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meeting or standard classroom methods in a one-on-one or group setting
Experience and skills required:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Law firm 
  • Experience using practice management software
  • Comfortable liaising with people at all levels
  • A passion for client liaison
  • Any prior experience in training / web presentation or online conferencing will be highly regarded
Remuneration for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation + Car allowance ($8,000). Please note you must have a car, valid drivers licence.  Some interstate travel may be required from time-to-time.
