Contract: Permanent part time (30 hours per week)

Outstanding opportunity to take a key role in the implementation of the Thrive service across the Goldfields region.

Wanslea has been selected as a Community Partner to deliver the Thrive service in the Wheatbelt and Goldfields regions.  Thrive is a new support program for public housing clients.

You will need to have a holistic approach to enhance people’s lives by looking at the wider needs of the individual. The role has a strong focus on early intervention and supporting people to identify and tackle problems before they become too great.

Thrive will support stable homes that provide a secure foundation for life by connecting people to social and economic support which will help grow inclusive and accessible communities.


Senior Case Worker– Thrive service

Wanslea is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Case Worker to provide high quality support and help families in the Thrive service in the Goldfields region.

This Senior Case Worker is responsible for assessment and case management for vulnerable families and individuals.


Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Community Services, Community Development or Early Childhood Education
  • Current “A” class Motor Driver’s Licence and a roadworthy motor vehicle licensed at the Standard Rate
  • Current Working with Children Card
  • Satisfactory current National Police Clearance
