Casual Facilities Management Opportunities!

Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

 
What are we looking for:


Facilities Managers & Assistant Facilities Managers !!

These are long-term/ongoing casual roles that will see you responsible for delivering variable real estate management services across small and large clients in and around the Sydney metropolitan area.

 

You will be conducting site inspections for tenancies managed by JLL and as such, you may need to travel away from home, sometimes 1-2 weeks at a time.

You will work within a team delivering fully flexible and scalable Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, designed to drive cost and time savings through the use of a mix of dedicated and variable resources. 

Key duties will include, providing team relief, special project related work, carrying out facility inspections, vendor management and the overall maintenance of daily site operations.

You must be able to work away from home but we will cover all the costs of flights, accommodation and car hire!

Flexibility – You never know when we might call you for an exciting assignment so flexibility is required.

Client Minded –You will have interaction and work on site with various JLL client accounts, so you pride yourself on delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service at all times. 

Communication – Goes without saying. Superior written/spoken communication skills is essential to your success.

Experience – You are passionate about property/ facilities management and want further variety in this field, obtaining exposure on multiple accounts in various industries.
